I am a Tech at a cell phone store (cpr-longisland.com) and im in a stickey situation. A woman came in earlyer today with a Palm Treo 700W(windows mobile 5). The phone belongs to her son who has recently passed away. The phone has a password on it and she needs to get into the phone because there may be infomation concerning her sons death. Normaly the to reset a password you hard reset the phone but this is not an option. she can not affored to lose the info on the phone. Does anyone know some sort of master password for the phone or a way to change it? Verizon and palm are no help. Anyone have any ideas?
