My sister is a nurse and wants a "palm pilot" that hepls when dispensing meds?

Hard to believe that you don't know what it is, but yeah, palm pilots/ PDAs can store programs or quick references that can help during crunch time at wards. That includes references for dispensing meds.

A Palm Pilot is the brand of a Personal Digital Assistant, or PDA. It is basically just a hand held computer, like a smartphone (i.e. iPhone, G1, Blackberry) that holds stores information you can use on the go.

I work in a pharmacy and many of the pharmacists do have PDAs to help with medication dispensing.
