Default i have a vein on me left arm on my palm that keeps jittering. I literally see...
...it jumping up and down. Is this? anxiety or is this something more serious? It happens every now and then, lasting about 1-2 seconds. I've had it over 5 times now within half an hour

Eat some bananas. Potassium helps with muscle control. I get twitches on my face sometimes and thats how I take care of it.
