I'm not getting sound on my Palm Centro?

when I make a call there's no sound coming through the phone (its not muted). Where there used to be a speaker phone button on the screen is no longer there. additionally, when i play videos there is no sound (yes my sound is turned on)

Same thing happend to my phone, I turned it into sprint yesterday. Probably need a hard reset.

that happened to me when i plugged in headphones to mine....just take out the battery to tunr it off completley and then put it back in
