Default Sweaty palms trouble?

Hey, well, my hands have been really sweaty since I was about 10, it's ruining my life. =/ They nearly always sweat when i'm in doors, and it actually hurts me at times. My hands also go a pinkish/redish colour, and i'm pretty sure people will notice. I've hid it pretty good over the past few years, but it just feels as if I have to constantly hide it.

Has anyone had this problem in their teens? Has anyone overcome this problem? Please answer back. =/

Well, you should definitely talk to your doctor. But I have heard that you can get botox injections in your palms and it deadens the glands that produce the sweat. I saw it on that show the doctors!!

ive had this same problem, ive tried lots of things like from the drug store for sweaty palms or using baby powder or putting clinical antiperspirant on them before going to bed, nothing works. You could have hyperhydrosis if you sweat a lot too. You can go to the doctor, i havent because i just deal with it... If it really bothers you there is a surgery you can have done where they clip a nerve or something in your arm which stops you brain from sending a signal to make your hands sweat. Also, botox injections into the palms are supposed to help.
