Default Gymnastics palm-guard sizing?
Ok so I'm doing gymnastics and i need some palm guards....i dont know what size i am.....the website my coach told me to order from has 3 sizes - small, medium and large... I have pretty big hands but im still not sure what size to get. My palms (bottom of palm to top of palm) are between 3 and 3 1/2 inches.... what size would that be in female sizing?
