I really need help with my palm treo 700!?

ok, i have a verizon wireless palm treo 700 and i cannot send pic or video messages at all and i have no clue why. im getting freaking pissed because its soo complicated. like why is it even MMS and texting in 2 different things on here, why cant they both be all the same? all that aside, i need help because i cannot send pic/vid messages on my verizon wireless palm treo 700... HELP

You may not show signed up for it at verizon. Or there maybe some techinal diffuctly in your area. Id call first thing in the morning and find out. If theres nothing wrong with it, then they can walk you through how to do it.
