How do I stop my palms from sweating?

I agree with Emily, putting lotion on overactive sweat glands makes you sweat even more. I have the same problem with my underarms, some dumbass told me to put lotion under my arms. yeah... FAIL















But you could try rubbing deodorant on your hands?

i think its got to do with your last question about sleep..sounds like your having insomnia or anxiety attacks hon..go see a doctor..he can prescribe something to relax you..best of luck to you.
