how to makes songs ringtones on a palm centro.?

i have a palm centro and every song i get bluetooth to me it goes to my ptunes, is there anyway i can set that a ring tone ?

also if i record a song i can set that as a ring tone but i have sprint and it sounds really bad, can someone help me please ? (:

There's a cool website that's no charge you just have to signup for free. It's ad supported, so they wont ask for any credit card. They have wallpapers ringtones videos all free too, its nice.
