I am about the same height as you and my hands are the same length as yours. However, I am a guy. Still, I would say your hands are pretty averaged sized for a girl your height even though women are suppose to have proportionally smaller everything.

im 3 inches shorter than you with the same size hands... everyone has different size hands, feet, height, etc... i dont think you could say someone's hands were too small or too big..
