some people are telling me that palm is oil is very healthy for our body some are telling me that palm oil is not healthy. I don't know who to listen to now. Anyone knows the correct answer? Pls help. Thanks.

hi dear palm oil is good but in small amounts this is because it contains bad cholesterol which should be avoided in order to be healthy. Vegetable oil is best because it is good cholesterol.
