I'm thinking about getting a palm treo for christmas. 680? Any suggestions

or comments? I'm thinking of the 680 edition. but i don't know if i would want windows or palm.I don't want the internet i already have an unlimited texting plan and thats all i need. I think it would be a cool phone to have though. I like the size of it also.any comments or suggestions feel free to tell me. thanks =)

DO NOT GET PALM. Their software is severly outdated. I had the Sprint 700WX, works good and software is compatible. Slingbox works great! If you have Sprint I recommend the HTC Mogul, more for your $$$.
