Usually a local nursery or interior plant maintenance company will have a rental service. Check around.

Living palm trees are kind of hard to find up here (IL). But the nursery I work at has two palm trees available for purchase or renting. We do weddings and such and just rent the flowers and arrangments out. I would suggest checking your local nursery. If they don't have any, they might know a place that does.

I imagine you could rent from a nursery in town. You would have to make a few phone calls to see who has them. Your location could certainly make or break the idea or renting live plants.I have seen palm trees that are for outside use (?) that are lit up. They come in different colors and sizes. I've seen them back East -North and South. Oh, but hey, I found some at Target! I guess you can't rent those though. Maybe you could find something similar to rent from a florist? Here's a link that might provide some more ideas too - http://www.ezinearticles.com/?Silk-T...&id=170146Best of luck. Sounds like it's going to be a great night.
