My left hand has reduced its flexibility strength n grip overnight. I dont kno the cause but help me to improve?help me to improve in a few hours bcos I hav my board Exams..Please. thanks

My best advice to you is to seek medical attention for this. it is not normal to lose function of a limb "overnight", as you put it.
