how do i sync my calander and contacts from my palm treo 650 to outlook 2007?

i have already installed the outlook 2007 update and im syncing my old palm treo 650 with my new laptop and it wont transfer my contacts or calander from the treo to outlook 2007. it will transfer throught the palm desktop but now through the hotsync to outlook and ive gone throught all of the support on the website can anyone help me. if so email me.
