I delete GPS application in my palm treo 650, how I can put back my GPS?

I buy DELORME earthmate GPS BT-20, I installed in my Palm Treo 650, but I put a big map and my phone it's freeze. I deleted GPS application, but when I try to re-install, the system does not do nothing, I try to install manual too.I have a question does anyone know how I can put the application back or re-install
