How to install Verizon e-mail on my Treo?

I have been trying for days to install Verizon e-mai on my phone (Treo 700 Palm) and Yahoo seems to be the problem. Verizon staff tried and couldn't get it done. Is there an easy way, I'm paying for e-mail that I'm not getting.I pay Yahoo for business mail. My yahoo acct. is sdeboor2@yahoo which is considered my primary address. However, I use shirley@shirleydeboor.com for all of my business mail. I have tried to use wireless sync, also sent to web and tried there. I think maybe the sdeboor2 is the problem.
