Help with panasonic digital camera model DMC-LS75?

when i take pictures in the bathroom with my camera in the mirror....it wont let me take the picture and sumtimes when it do the mirror in the picture looks cracked or sumthing

(1)You bought a wrong digital camera like Panasonic camera,(2) you must using bounce flash,not a direct flash,(3) circular polarizing filter will help you to solve this problem.
