HiI have a pansonic, its never let me down!I have used the BT units these are good and easy to use, but due to the odd fault, i would suggest the panasonic version.buy fro the panasonic website it was cheaper than argos for me.. i got the x4 set.hope this helps!goodluck

Both are good units, I prefer the BT units as there are more units to choose from, also I found the buttons are too small on the Panasonics. I have a BT Synergy 4100 twin, the handsfree is spot on, the buttons are of a reasonable size, and best of all the keypad can be locked, so when little fingers find the phone they are not ringing all and sundry.
