How do i get rid of a blue box popping up every now and then on my Panasonic...

...Quintrix TV saying (16:4)HELP! ME I have just bought a panasonic quintrix and have set it up to play my xbox 360 and have been doing so now for 3 months now, but i keep getting this little blue box in the corner of my screen (16:4) showing the screen size and its really really annoying me popping up evry 10-120 seconds i have got rid of it before but i dont know how i did it. Can somone please tell me how to get rid of it as it is really really annoying me! Thanks alot if you can answe!
