What format should i use to put a movie on a dvd. I want it to work with my dvd ram player, and my normal dvd player. I don't know which to use,.mpg, .mpeg, .mp1, .mp2, .mp3, .m1v, .m1a, .m2a, .mpa, .mpvor avi, or what?I want to put the movie on a dvd+r and dvd-r.

How are you trying to do this? From what I know, you can't just 'drag and drop' video files onto the disc. Instead, you should have to use software (eg. Nero or Windows DVD Maker) and these should choose which format you use. These programs tend to like files that are originally '.avi's though.
