can i try panasonic noise cenceling headphone in bus for better sound?

You can try anything you want to, the question is will it work for you? Noise canceling headphones do an effective job at reducing the background noise level but some are better than others, and none of them can reduce noise more than about 25Db. Will that be enough to satisfy you? You'll just have to try them and see.
