Panasonic Cordless Drill?

I was looking into a craftsman drill, (item number 28169) but my brother in law (electrician by trade) recommends a panasonic, saying they are the best out there and that its the drill all of their electricians use. does anybody use a panasonic? what do you recommend? ill be using it quite often, and my price range is in the $200 mark, give or take.
