my panasonic 23 inch TAU tube tv will not power on anymore. this is a tube

tv and not powering on at all? I have left my tv unplugged for about 8 hours, thinking something would reset, But when i plugged it in..... NO POWer to TV.AHHHHH !! This tv is 4yrs old and this should not happen that quickly.pls help
