i have a panasonic deck in my car that will allow me to control my ipod on my deck by purchasing a cord called the CA-DC300U and installing it in the back of the deck. I know this cord works for old ipods will it work with the ipod touch as well? or is the connection different?

idk i dont have an ipod touch but i do have one of the new ipod nanos and by the way is an iPod touch the same thing as an i Phone
