Should I buy the Panasonic Lumix FX37 or FX500?

I'm stuck between the two! FX500 has more manual control but FX37 is smaller/lighter.. I have a Canon EOS350D for my proper photography but looking for a little compact for taking on nights out/around in my bag..

They are almost same function.FX500 have 3" LCD but FX37 have 50 MB built-in memery.If I were you I'll get FX37.It is small enougt to always bring it along and it take a good picture.
