suddenly my panasonic cam(NV-MX-500) is showing me "card error" and Iam not able to

use the card? I was using the sd card for about 2months and it worked very nicely, suddenly my cam started showing me card error, I tried formating the card, but it too didn't work, can anyone help me?? please
