panasonic 19inch flat screen...... lost manual?

for a few weeks now my tv has been actin weird, whilst watchin a progam in the 16:9 format its fine but when an advert comes on it changes straight away to the middle third of the screen and the other 2 thirds black but it only happens on the adverts, anybody else had this problem and how do i get rid of it and stop it?? any ideas??

type on the tv name on google or yahoo and look for a manual and troubleshooting guide, sorry couldnt be of more help

its set to auto , set it to 16:9. adverts are transmitted in standard format so your set adjusts accordingly in auto
