Okay, I know this may seem crazy. I have a Panasonic VCR Model: NV-FJ700BDX and the on-screen display will not come on. The VCR will play and record tapes, but I cannot get the on-screen display to come on so I can set the time or program the VCR.















The ?Menu? button on the remote is working, because it will pull up the menu on my other Panasonic devices. I have attached the VCR to another TV and no luck there. Panasonic and the manual are no help. Any ideas on what the problem is or how to fix it?
