hi there,































we recently got a flat screen panasonic viera (model th42pd25), but the picture won't turn on. the sound works fine, and we can see the volume bars and menu options fine, on the screen. but no other picture functions - cable or dvd.































does anyone know to fix this?















thank you. we tried connecting it through numerous ways.































1) standard cable wire (routed from cable to vcr to tv. and also directly from cable to tv)































2) red, yellow, and white video/audio wires in the outlet on the front of the tv, and the back.































i'll keep trying different wires, but do you know of any other sources that could be causing this issue?
