my big screen Panasonic TV stopped working after a lightning storm -?

Is it completely fried now or is there an easy fix for this?

It may be just a fuse - if you are lucky. They are inside and not easy to fix without some test gear and electronics knowledge.

Did you try unplugging it, wait a second, and then plugging it back in? This has worked on both my TV and my CD player. I belive it is similar to hard-booting a computer, it seems to re-set things. By the way, don't worry if you have TiVo, the unplugging of the TV won't affect it.
