How do i get my panasonic handycam to work with vista home premium?
I have a panasonic pv-gs29 handycam that worked fine with my xp desktop, and could edit perfectly on movie maker. now i upgraded to a Gateway m-series with Windows Vista HomePremium. It does not have a firewire (IEEE 1394) so i purchased a Dynex firewire 800 expresscard adapter. The laptop detected and installed it, but when i plug in my Belkin firewire into the dynex, and then into my camcorder, nothing happens. I've been searching and everythings hooked up fine, and i've tried many different solutions but still nothing.
Please Help!!!
