on panasonic camcoders, what is the major difference in quality between LP, SP and

XP? i have an sdr h200 and im curious to know what quality is loss between lp, sp and xp. i have noticed a difference in sound quality, but what about video quality? what should i be using more often?

XP - high quality

SP - Standard play

LP - Long play

EP - Extended play
