Which is better? Sony Cyber Shot 12.1 MP, or Panasonic Lumix 12.1 MP?

I'm looking to buy a new camera and these seem pretty similar to each other for a decent price

so I'm wondering which is better of if you could recommend something better that would be greatly appreciated =)
