The recorded DVD of my panasonic camcorder is not at all recognized in any laptops

or pc why? The recoded DVD is playing in the same video cam but not at all recognizing the disc in any pc.The pc says there is no disc in the drive.The CD is a kodak DVD-RW, 2X, 1.4GB.

Please assist me
