What is the object tracking effect called on the Panasonic Toughbook commercials?

I have seen the effect mostly used on car commercials where the car is driving fast and with every little bump the camera shakes along with the car even though it is observing it from 20ft. away.I want to know as much info about it as possible.A similar effect is done on the Toughbook Commercial:[url]http://www.panasonic.com/business/toughbook/about-toughbook-multimedia.aspIt's[/url] the 30sec or 15sec video.Thanks,Rob

I saw that effect on probably the same car commercial. Taken from the left of the front side angle. AWESOME!!
