Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3-K ?

what do you guys know about this camera?is it any good?the most common place i take pictures is at concerts (standing room only ones. and don't tell me "you can't take pictures at concert." the ones i go to, i can)is the video quality good in such high noise areas? and are the pictures good in these lower light areas? thanks!
