Why does my 32" Panasonic TV keep shutting on and off by itself?

This TV is about 4-5 yrs old, but nothing has happened to it... it just keeps turning off and on by itself every hour or so. It makes winding sounds and puts some lines across the screen for a couple seconds, then shortly after it shuts off. I have to wait for it to turn back on by itself. I've tried unplugging it but that doesn't help. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hmm it maybe a hardware failure You should get it check but someone professional
