Missing album art on Philips Gogear?

I have a 30GB Philips Gogear.....but the album art just never shows up! I've tried everything....Windows Media player 10 and 11. But nothing works. The manual doesn't give any instructions on how to get it. Can someone please help me?????

Hi, i have the same problem but on my SA 3345 gogear too

i made many stuffs but nothing work mp3tag and monkey media

you know the answer? please help me
