I have a phillips Pc camera i dont know the version but im pretty sure its not new i have the cd too and i even install the cd succecfully and when i plug it in the little hardware thing comes in the quick launch bar comes and says genric digital Pc Camera, which is what it should say, My problem is when i go to all programs and i find Philips Pc camera all there is in it is Acamp, which is ok because it was always just had Acamp. but when i open Acamp, then it turns black then this error messege comes and says Error 80004005 : CANNOT RUN PREVIEW GRAPH It was never like this 3 months ago before i formatted my computer.And even now after i formatted it im still using windows xp before i formatted it.had the camera for 2 years now and worked perfect until now.thanks.i will pick the best answer so.....

Is Your Camera Driver Is Properly Installed. if it is then use another Camera Software.If You Want to Capture Video Or Pics With It then Please Upon Start >> All Programmes >> Windows Movie MakerIn WMM Click On "Capture From Device" and Capture It.And If You Wanna To Use It In Yahoo Or Other IM or Video Conf. Utilites Plz Use There Becuase Your Camera Is Working Properly But Your Camera Software Is not working Properly.Sorry for My English But This Steps Are Usefull For You i thinkBye bye
