Philips SPC 900NC WebCam lost Cd-rom downloads?

i have the pixel plus philips spc 900nc webcam i also have a lil brother thats 2 and he likes cds so its all scraped up so it doens't work andi can't find it to take it to the store...so i can't install it and i live in germany and i would like to not only hear my family and friends but i would like to see aswhile...so anyone w/useful help please help!!!
