Adjusting Ration On My New Philips 42PFL5432D Full HD LCD TV?

I Bought this tv a month ago and I cant help but notice these little squares on the picture I am sick of looking at them, I looked everywhere in my menu and handbook to learn how to adjust the ratio but cant find it. Please Help. Thanks
