And now it says that it needs program to be installed when trying on the usb..and when I turned it on, not in usb mode, it just won't open. I also suspect a virus New Folder.exe I do hope you're familiar with it. but most likely it is because of the formatting. Also while formatting, the computer was too slow that I impatiently unplug the mp3 from the computer. Please help me, I am not able to contact the store where I bought it.. should I buy a new one or it could still be covered by the warranty?
