I've always paid my minimum payment for my conoco philips gas card, over the phone. I have to pay over the phone, using a check, where there's an additional processing fee. Can I pay using bill pay, so that I can avoid the additional processing charge?

It depends on the bill pay service. Most will send a check in your name for any amount. Some can transmit the $$$ electronically.
