Default My DVD-RW won't read Philips CD-RW 4-12x. What could be the problem?
The device says it is CD rewritable ultraspeed and DVD multirecorder and DVD+R DL. It is ATAPI DVD A DH20A4P. I have no problem with other discs.

not all recorders will recognise every make of disc.just don't use philips discs.

restart the computer if this still occurs check in device manager and see if its working properly
