Philips MP3 Help!!??

Hi, I own a Philips MP3 similar to this one not sure if its the exact but it sure looks it

When i go into music i can chose a couple of folders but i cant seem to put certain albums in to folders via my media player XP on Computer.

Any help would be greatfully recieved.

Eg. So i can listen to a choice of albums and not all the songs messed up!
