How can you put videos on the Philips GoGear and watch them?

PPPPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AASSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! HELP!!!!! I really don't get it and I lost the CD to transfer them. is there any other way??
