GF bought Philips (multimedia 2.1 mm 171) speakers for the computer.































Setup includes 2 speakers 1 woofer. Only the woofer and left speaker are working.































We've checked speaker setup, audio properties, volumes LR pan.































We also trouble shooted her audio device which is working properly.































Is there any reason why the right speaker isn't working?































(she's exchanged the speakers because of the same problem once already so we're pretty sure it's not the speakers)

I'm not sure if mine are the same as your but..































I have Harman/Kardon I think speakers, and whenever only one side works I just shake the other wire around. Mine are just sensitive wires but I'm not sure if this is your problem. Try it but we gentle when shaking the wire. Or you can just shake the whole thing, speaker. Make sure its plugged in the right hole in the back of your computer or maybe the other speaker wire isn't plugged in all the way.































If its not the speakers then see if its the hole on the back of your computer. Try e-mailing Phillips if you can?
