Default i can't get videos on my philips 2gb GoGear mp4 player?
i know that it takes .SMV video files. it also comes with a philips media converter application that converts it to SMV, and the right size video, but when i plug in my player, it says no devices connected, when my computer knows it is connected. what should i do?
