Problems with Philips GoGear Mp3 Player???Help?

When I turn on my Philips GoGear Mp3 Player, a blue screen pops up and reads Wait for USB Connection, so I plugged it into the USB and connected it to my computer, but then it turns completely blue.

Do anyone know what how to fix this problem? Also, I've had it for about a year.

possibly when you sign into itunes you will get all your info back. if that does not work then there is no other way. sorry.
